By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
The App allows users to convert files into different formats using third-party services.
We do not store or manage your files.
All file processing is performed by external providers.
3. Subscription and Payments
The App may offer subscription plans (e.g., weekly, monthly, annual).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
4. Free Trial
A free trial may be offered for certain subscriptions.
- The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period
- If you purchase a subscription during the trial, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited
5. File Processing (Third-Party Services)
The App uses third-party services (such as CloudConvert) to perform file conversions.
By using the App, you agree that:
- your files may be transmitted to third-party services for processing
- these services operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies
We do not control and are not responsible for how third-party services process your data.
6. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- the files you upload or convert
- ensuring you have the right to use and process those files
- not uploading illegal, harmful, or sensitive content
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, design, and software, is owned by SMM Service, s.r.o. and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- copy
- modify
- distribute
- reverse engineer
any part of the App without permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available within the App and on our website.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMM Service, s.r.o. is not liable for:
- any data loss
- file corruption
- service interruptions
- or any indirect or consequential damages
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the App or its features will always be available or uninterrupted.
Some features depend on third-party services, which may change or become unavailable at any time.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Czechia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Czechia.
