2. Overview

We respect your privacy.

The App allows you to edit, enhance, transform, and generate photos and videos using traditional editing tools and artificial intelligence features.

Your photos, videos, projects, and generated content are generally stored locally on your device or in a storage service selected by you.

We do not operate our own servers for storing your photos, videos, projects, prompts, or AI-generated content. We do not have direct access to the content stored on your device.

Certain AI-powered features require selected content and instructions to be processed by third-party technology providers, as explained below.

3. Information We May Collect

We may collect limited technical and usage information necessary to operate, analyze, and improve the App.

This may include:

device type and operating system
app version and language
app usage and feature interaction data
crash reports
diagnostic and performance information
advertising attribution data
subscription and purchase status
anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers

This technical data does not normally include the content of your photos, videos, projects, or locally stored files.

4. Local Storage and Access to Your Content

Photos, videos, projects, and generated results managed by the App are generally stored:

locally on your device
in your photo library
in iCloud
in another storage location selected by you

SMM Service does not independently upload, maintain, or back up copies of your locally stored content.

We do not have direct access to photos, videos, projects, or generated content stored on your device.

You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups. If content is deleted or lost and no backup exists, we may not be able to restore it.

5. Photo and Video Editing

Standard photo and video editing operations may be performed locally on your device using technology provided by IMG.LY.

Local editing may include features such as:

cropping and resizing
filters and visual adjustments
text, stickers, and overlays
timeline and layout editing
trimming and combining content
other non-AI editing operations

Content processed entirely on your device is not transmitted to SMM Service for editing or storage.

6. AI Features and Third-Party Processing

The App uses technology provided by IMG.LY to make AI-powered editing and generation features available.

AI features may include:

text-to-image generation
text-to-video generation
image or video transformation
background replacement or removal
object removal
generative fill
style transfer
image enhancement
other AI-powered editing features

When you choose to use an AI feature, the following information may be transmitted for processing:

the photo, video, or other content you selected
prompts, descriptions, or instructions entered by you
technical information required to perform the request
relevant editing settings or parameters

The selected content is transmitted only after you request an AI-powered operation.

AI processing is performed through IMG.LY technology and may involve external AI models or infrastructure providers integrated or selected by IMG.LY. SMM Service does not itself operate the AI models that generate or transform your content.

The processing, security, location, and retention of information submitted to an AI feature may be governed by IMG.LY’s terms, privacy policy, and the policies of its applicable AI service providers.

You should not submit confidential, highly sensitive, unlawful, or third-party content unless you have the right and appropriate permission to process it.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs are generated automatically based on the content and instructions submitted by the user.

SMM Service:

does not manually create AI-generated results
does not manually review or approve results before they are shown
does not control every result produced by third-party AI models
does not guarantee that results will be accurate, unique, appropriate, lawful, or free from third-party rights
does not claim ownership of your AI inputs or generated results, except where required to operate the App

You are responsible for reviewing generated content and ensuring that your use of it complies with applicable laws and does not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SMM Service is not responsible for content generated automatically by third-party AI systems or for decisions made based on such content.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to operate, analyze, and improve the App, including:

IMG.LY — photo and video editing technology and access to AI-powered processing
Firebase — analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring
AppsFlyer — attribution and marketing analytics
Apple — App Store purchases, subscriptions, and related platform services

These providers may process limited technical, usage, transaction, or content data necessary to provide their services.

Third-party services operate according to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. How We Use Technical Data

We may use collected technical and usage data to:

provide and maintain the App
verify subscription or purchase status
improve performance and stability
identify and fix crashes and technical issues
understand how App features are used
prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use
provide customer support
measure advertising and marketing effectiveness
comply with legal obligations

We do not use the content of your locally stored photos, videos, or projects for our own advertising or analytics.

10. Advertising and Attribution

We may collect limited device and usage information for analytics, advertising attribution, and campaign measurement.

Depending on your device settings, applicable permissions, and local law, this may include:

device identifiers
advertising identifiers
installation source
campaign attribution information
App interaction and conversion events

This information does not normally include the content of your photos, videos, projects, prompts, or generated results.

Where required, tracking-related information is collected only after obtaining the applicable permission.

11. Device Permissions

Depending on the features you use, the App may request access to:

your photo library
files and folders
local or cloud storage

These permissions are used only to provide features requested by you, such as importing, recording, editing, saving, or exporting content.

You can review or withdraw permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent some features from working.

12. Data Retention

We retain technical, analytics, diagnostic, and attribution data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Photos, videos, projects, and generated content stored locally remain on your device until you delete them, remove the App, or manage them through the applicable storage service.

Content submitted for AI processing may be retained by IMG.LY or its applicable AI providers according to their own terms, technical requirements, and privacy policies. SMM Service does not independently control their retention periods.

13. International Data Transfers

Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal data.

The privacy and data-transfer practices of third-party providers are also governed by their respective policies.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled through the App.

Where content must be transmitted for AI processing, secure network connections are used.

However, no electronic transmission, storage system, or third-party AI service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We recommend carefully considering the sensitivity of content before submitting it to an AI-powered feature.

15. Your Choices and Rights

You remain in control of your content and can:

choose which photos or videos to import
choose whether to use an AI-powered feature
choose which content is submitted for AI processing
edit or delete locally stored projects
delete generated results
manage permissions through device settings
manage iCloud or other connected storage separately
limit advertising tracking through device settings

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing.

Requests concerning information processed independently by IMG.LY or another AI provider may need to be submitted directly to that provider.

16. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children below the minimum age required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.

If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of AI features and ensure they do not submit personal, sensitive, or unauthorized content.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or data-handling practices.

The latest version will be made available in the App or on our website.

The effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last updated.
