Your files are generally stored locally on your device or in storage services selected by you. We do not access or store the content of your files unless it is necessary to provide a feature explicitly requested by you, such as file conversion or other third-party processing.

We may collect limited data related to app usage and performance.

app usage data
crash reports
diagnostic and performance data
advertising attribution data

This data does not include the content of your files.

4. File Storage

Files managed directly by the App may be stored:

locally on your device
in your iCloud
in other storage locations or services selected by you

You remain in control of your files.

We do not independently maintain copies or backups of your locally stored files.

If files are deleted or lost and no backup exists, we may not be able to recover them.

5. File Processing and Conversion

Certain features may require files to be processed by third-party services.

For example, the App may use CloudConvert to provide file conversion functionality.

When you use such a feature:

only the file you select for processing is transmitted
the file may be securely sent to the applicable third-party service
the file is processed to perform the action requested by you
the resulting file is returned to your device

We do not use the content of your files for advertising, analytics, or tracking.

CloudConvert operates independently and processes data according to its own privacy policy.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services to operate and improve the App, including:

Firebase — analytics, diagnostics, and performance monitoring
AppsFlyer — attribution and marketing analytics
CloudConvert — file conversion and processing

These services may process limited technical, usage, or other data necessary to provide their functionality.

Third-party services operate according to their respective privacy policies.

7. Data Usage

We may use collected technical and usage data to:

improve app performance and stability
identify and fix crashes and technical issues
understand how features are used
improve the user experience
measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

We do not use the content of your files for analytics, advertising, or tracking.

We may collect limited device and usage information for analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement purposes.

This information may help us:

understand how the App is used
improve features and performance

This data does not include the content of your documents, photos, videos, archives, or other files.

9. Device and Storage Access

Depending on the features you use, the App may request permission to access certain device resources, such as:

files and folders
photos and media
camera
local or cloud storage

Access is used only when necessary to provide functionality requested by you.

You can manage applicable permissions through your device settings.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data handled by the App.

Where files must be transmitted to third-party services for processing, secure network connections are used.

Third-party processing is outside our direct control. We recommend considering the sensitivity of a file before sending it to an external processing service.

11. User Control

You remain in control of your files and can:

choose which files to open, manage, transfer, or process
choose which files are sent to third-party processing services
delete locally stored files
manage applicable permissions through your device settings
manage files stored in iCloud or other connected storage services through those services

12. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

The latest version will be made available in the App or on our website.
