By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
The App provides tools for managing, viewing, organizing, transferring, and working with files on your device and supported storage services.
Depending on the version of the App, features may include file management, document viewing and editing, file transfer, archive management, scanning, file conversion, media playback, web downloads, and cloud storage integration.
Some features may rely on third-party services.
3. Subscription and Payments
The App may offer subscription plans (e.g., weekly, monthly, annual).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
4. Free Trial
A free trial may be offered for certain subscriptions.
- The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period
- If you purchase a subscription during the trial, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited where applicable
5. Files and Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services to provide certain functionality, including file conversion, cloud storage, file transfer, document processing, or other features.
By using these features, you acknowledge that:
- your files or related data may be transmitted to third-party services when necessary to provide the requested functionality
- third-party services operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies
- availability and functionality of third-party services may change at any time
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent operation or data-processing practices.
6. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- the files and content you access, store, upload, download, transfer, edit, or process using the App
- ensuring you have the right to use and process such files
- maintaining appropriate backups of important files
- complying with applicable laws and third-party rights
- not using the App for illegal or harmful purposes
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, graphics, and other proprietary content, is owned by SMM Service, s.r.o. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not, except where permitted by applicable law:
- copy
- modify
- distribute
- reverse engineer
- reproduce or commercially exploit
any part of the App without permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available within the App and on our website.
Certain features may require access to files, photos, media, local storage, cloud storage, or other device resources. Such access is used only as necessary to provide the functionality requested by you and is subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SMM Service, s.r.o. is not liable for:
- data or file loss
- file corruption
- unsuccessful transfers, downloads, uploads, conversions, or other file operations
- service interruptions
- third-party service failures
- or any indirect or consequential damages
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files.
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the App or all of its features will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Some features may depend on your device, operating system, internet connection, cloud storage provider, or third-party services and may change or become unavailable at any time.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that may harm the App, its users, or third parties.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Czechia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
